Merge Entries: Reflection Exercise

Managing duplicate entries involves two primary functions. 1) Merging entries that have been identified as duplicates and 2) Proactively searching for potential duplicates at some determined frequency.

Try to think through which members of your team are the right people to own the process for both merging entries that have been identified as duplicates and who should own the responsibility of periodically checking for potential duplicates and performing maintenance to keep lists such as your contacts and companies clear of duplicate entries.
